Don’t Let A Miscommunication Make You Lose Your Head!

A few years ago a cleaner was sent to clean an apartment around 59^th street and 1^st Avenue. While she was cleaning the super of the building came to ask her if she smelled any gas in her apartment.  The reason being that they couldn’t locate the source of a gas leak. The entire building smelled from the fumes of toxic carbon monoxide! The cleaner told the super there was no smell in her apartment and finished her job. Busy Bee called the cleaner to ask her how the cleaning went. She told us the cleaning went well but made NO mention of the gas leak incident. The next day our client called us at 4am SCREAMING and accusing our cleaner of having left the stove on and causing the gas leak. We had no words! The cleaner did not tell us anything about this and we didn’t know what to say but apologize. When we contacted the cleaner we mentioned it to her and she acted like it was no big deal. We could have defended our cleaner and helped her out in the situation had we had known about it. But the client asked to have her replaced. Thankfully there was no accident!

Always make sure to communicate with us and let us know if anything out of the ordinary occurred during your cleaning. This way if a client tells us about it, we have your side as well.

Kilka lat temu wyslalismy cleanera do czyszczenia mieszkania w okolicach  59th Street i 1st Avenue. Podczas gdy ona sprzątała do mieszkania przyszedl super budynku aby zapytać ją, czy w mieszkaniu nie czuc ulatniajacego sie gazu. Wynika to z faktu, że nie mogli zlokalizować źródła wycieku gazu. W całym budynku czuc bylo toksyczne opary tlenku węgla!Cleaner poinformowal ze w mieszkaniu nie czuc ulatniajacego sie gazu i zakończył swoją pracę. Biuro Busy Bee skontaktowalso sie z clenarka aby ją zapytać, jak poszlo sprzatanie. Powiedziała nam sprzątanie poszło dobrze, ale nie wspomniała o incydencie wycieku gazu. Następnego dnia wlasciciel tegoz apartamentu zadzwonił do nas o 4 nad ranem z krzykiem, oskarżając ze cleaner pozostawil wlaczona kuchenkę i powodując wyciek gazu. Bylismy bez słów!

Poniewaz nie bylismy o tym poinformowani nie wiedzilismy jak sytuacje wytlumaczyc. Kiedy skontaktowaliśmy sie cleanerka ona z kolei zachowywala sie jak by nic sie nie stalo.  Klient poprosil zeby wymienic cleanerke.  Na szczęście nie było żadnego wypadku!

Zawsze upewnij się, aby komunikować się z nami i poinformowac, jeśli coś niezwykłego mialo miejsce podczas czyszczenia. W ten sposób, jeśli klient zglasza nam sytaucje my mamy rowniez swoją stronę wydarzen
